All bookings remain tentative until a $500 (Fijian dollars) non-refundable deposit has been placed to secure date and venue selection. At which time a written confirmation and terms of agreement letter will be sent to you. Deposits not received within 15 days of confirmation may be subject to cancellation.

Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival. All amendments will incur an admin fee of $25 per amendment. We would appreciate your confirmation of numbers 30 days prior to your event.
