Terms and Conditions

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

Entry is only open to residents of any country who complete the online application

3.
Entries must comply with these Conditions of Entry to be valid. The Promoter's employees and their immediate families, its associated companies, its agencies associated with this promotion, and associated prize partner companies are ineligible.

4.
The Prize is Four, Five night accommodation packages in a garden view room, maximum 2 people. The 4 prize draws will be performed at The Pearl South Pacific Resort, Queens Road, Deuba, Fiji Islands on August 12th 2009, November 11th 2009, February 10th 2010 and May 12th at 2pm each day. Winners will be notified via email, placement on the www.thepearlsouthpacific.com website and by phone. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promotion commences 10.5.09 and closes 12 midnight Fiji Time on 30.04.10. All closing dates indicated in these terms and conditions will close at the time 12 midnight Fiji Time.

The prizes must be taken before 31.07.2010

The total prize value of the four draws is valued at a maximum of $7300 FJD incl taxes. The Prizes, or any unused portion of the prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.

No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

8.
It is the entrants' responsibility to ensure that their email address, are correct at the time of entry.

9.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and subject to any written direction given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition which may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for: tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site; acting in violation of these terms and conditions; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

13.
Programming and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.

14.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions of entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.

15.
Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification check at its absolute discretion. Prize winners may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.

16.
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
